I might dress it up a bit with some different influences, but at the root of it all my home is heavily influenced by my rural surrounding and it definitely feels like a farmhouse. To get the light perfectly centered in the room or over the table, measure the width and height of the area and mark the center point from both directions. The exposed beams on the ceiling complement the wide wooden floor planks.
